Business Development Executive

Job Description :

We are looking for candidates for Sales and Business Development of the our Digital Marketing & Value Added Services such as Web Designing, Bulk SMS, Social Media Management, Toll Free Numbers, IVRS and Voice Broadcasting Services.

Job Role: 

  • Handling sales enquiry through phone, chat & email.
  • Maintain and develop a computerized customer and prospect database.
  • Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
  • Plan quarterly promotional activities and sales programs to achieve desired target.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Candidate should identify potential opportunities within client base & relevant stakeholders to accelerate business volume.
  • To meet sales target and keep tracks of the targets on quarterly basis.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers via telephone/ emails.
  • Candidate should provide professional and effective services to meet customer expectations.
  • Client retention and client servicing and reviving lost inactive or lost accounts.
  • Taking customer feedback and analyzing them for future improvements.
